This agreement is between you, the buyer, and the artist, regarding the purchase and the sale of artwork from our website. By purchasing artwork, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment for artwork is due in full prior to shipping. Once payment is received, the artist will process and ship the artwork.
All artwork sold is the property of the artist until payment is made in full. Once payment is received and the artwork is shipped, ownership transfers to the buyer. The artist retains copyright and all rights to reproduce and distribute the artwork.
The buyer if free to display the artwork for personal use but may not reproduce or distribute it without consent.
Each artwork is handcrafted and individually made with care and attention to detail. Due to their unique nature, each piece may have slight variations or imperfections that make it one-of-a-kind.
If an artwork is damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to repair it in a way that preserves its integrity and character. However, due to the handcrafted nature of these pieces, repairs may not restore them to their exact original condition.
The artist warrants that all artwork is original and created by the artist. In no event will the artist be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase or display of the artwork.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the artist is located.
To help with any potential issues, we recommend that buyers film the unboxing process of the artwork. This will allow us to verify the condition of artwork upon arrival and help resolve any claims of damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a claim is made and we determine the damage wasn't caused by us , the buyer may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
For damaged or defective artwork, buyers must notify us within 10 days of delivery and return the artwork within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue once we received the returned artwork.
If a buyer wants to return an artwork due to a change of heart or simply not liking it, we'll accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, a stocking fee may apply.
All custom art pieces are made to order and are non-refundable. Since these pieces are created specifically for the buyer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if a custom piece is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will work to resolve the issue. Custom items may not be replaceable or recreated.
